League Game vs Motherwell Phoenix Yellows

We welcomed Motherwell Phoenix over to our pitch today, and we saw another well contested game with both teams playing really well.

From our point of view we saw some of our work from the training pitch being implemented into the game and having a positive effect on the way we played whichlead to some outstanding goals being scored, so it was really pleasing to see.

The boys looked a real threat building out from the back and attacking well using the overload to our advantage today. The effort, attitude and energy from all the boys was great, and they showed real character and belief to get back ahead in the game after Motherwell Phoenix managed an equaliser.

Taryn and Brodie were unable to stick around to choose today's POTM, so we chose Caleb as today's POTM, he was outstanding today, looked really commanding and comfortable on the ball. A much improved performance from Caleb. Well done.
