Friendly with EK Burgh Blues

Today, we welcomed EK Burgh back over for a friendly game, and it was another well contested match with both teams trying to play football in the right spirit.

The boys effort and attitudes were excellent right from the start of the warm-up and they took it into the game as well.

We experimented today with a new formation that we hope to implement more as we progress through the season that will give the boys more of an insight into how we can play the game in different areas of the pitch, all credit goes to each one of the boys for giving it a good try, they all done well for never playing that way before. We switched back to are usual formation and seen the boys settle back into what they know already and used it to their advantage.

We asked the other team coaches to choose a POTM and they chose Leo for his constant work with and without the ball. Well done Leo.
