Friendly vs Burnabank

Another great friendly over at Burnbanks pitch in Carnbroe tonight, and a really good game with both teams playing in the right manner with the ball on the grass.

We talk about attitude and effort, and they turned up tonight with both of them and more. When that happens, the performance usually takes care of itself. Right from the start, our boys were very good, and the team looked very balanced at times with all the players working extremely hard to keep that balance, even the players who came on.  It's absolutely awesome to watch.

As usual in friendly games we had some players playing out of their comfort zones and we laid down some individual challenges to a few of our boys in the game and they have taken the information on board and smashed the challenges, there where a few extra points handed out to certain players for their listening, bravery and execution of their play.

We we very proud coaches on the sidelines tonight, and all the players should be very proud of themselves and their teammates. We can see some real positive development in progress, and playing friendly games is where their confidence can be built on, and they can try different things without any pressure. 

Top class performance, let keep it going into training and Saturdays league game.
